Freedom to me is never a destination. It's a journey. You need to be free to choose the right road for yourself. The right road is the one that leads to your best. All that matters is that you end up a free person - free to decide where you want to go and how you intend to get there. (Really, it's not easy in Chinese brought up family where they push you around with their ideas & opinions to shape you into a person they want YOU to be. They need to be proud to have you as their son & if they don't, words showering you as USELESS, A SHAME IN THE FAMILY, & etc). Being free is being real, if you want to be free, you need to make friends with the truth. No matter how clearly you can point to forces blocking you, the most important obstacles to your freedom are within. You are the one who permits obstacles to block your path. While being stuck is frustrating, it also keeps you from risking, safe from failure and from discovering your weaknesses and shortcomings. Your prison is always your CHOICE. To break free, you have to give up whatever security being bound offers. You should be able to face the pressure without emotions of the past intruding. In the end you're only as free as you are in your heart. Your freedom lies just behind your forgiving. When you free yourself, you also free the world. YOU HAVE TO DECLARE THAT YOU ARE FREE, otherwise why bother reading?

Whenever you're going, whatever your dreams, the next step you take will be from this place. You cannot take that next step unless you know where you are right now. To risk without knowing the ground you stand upon is to leap into the darkness. The next step is not going to be all that different from the steps you took to get to this place. KNOW this place. Know how you got here, your motivations, the truth about your shortcomings, the limitations that held you back. Know the ground on which you stand, without illusions, pretense, or self-deception. We all want to believe we are better off than we are, but at the time when we risk and have to look into the depth of the chasm we're trying to span, our weakness display themselves and deflate our resolve. So know where you are. Accept your condition for what it is. Take responsibility for getting here and staying as long as you have. If you've been stuck, admit your fear and lack of courage. Don't blame others. Don't condemn the world. The place where you stand is the consequence of your determination. If you find your achievements lacking, look into yourself, not outside. Perhaps you were not motivated. Perhaps you did not want what you claimed you needed. Perhaps you only fooled yourself. If you understand how you got to this place, you will know the next step and how to take it. Don't fear the future, read the past.

Sharing your solitary self takes trust. Revealing the inner workings of your heart exposes you to the rebuke of indifference and the icy frustration of not being taken seriously. WHO wants to suffer the pain of not being heard when you most need someone to listen? To allow another (it will only be one or two at best, never others) to come close, to know the same self you are when you are alone with yourself, is the heart of intimacy. Being intimate is displaying in the presence of another the self you discover in solitude. WHAT A RISK HANGS ON THIS. If you show your true self and are rejected because the other person did not understand or care enough to allow you to make yourself understood, you recoil, perceiving the whole world as hollow, empty as a shadow play. Where is life's meaning if such sacred knowing cannot be shared? Kindred spirits do not need to work on this. In each other' s presence they find all the encouragement they need to be alone together. First you must love being alone with yourself. Then you must love the other. The selves that appear in that interface define a world that appears every time they are together. Which is the reflection? which is the source?

Here's an interesting idea. It has some wonderful benefits.
Pay your own way.
You won't owe anyone anything. Anything!

You won't be compromised by the fear of disappointing people. Other people's expectations will simply be their expections, not your obligation.
You can make your own decision: where to go, what to do, where to stay, what to eat, when to leave, and when to remain home. You can say no without feeling guilty and yes without feeling selfish.

If you cannot afford the things you want to do without someone else's paying for you, let it be a reminder of your limitations, an encouragement to expand. Reality is creativity's best inspiration.

If you want to do something that badly, you'll do it. You'll make a plan or figure out a way. You can do it if you really want to.

And if you can't figure out a way to do what you want right now, then you have an even more valuable lesson to learn. Maybe you can rethink how you live your life, what makes you happy, what you can and can't afford. Maybe our work needs to be more fulfilling so you don't feel you need to reward yourself for suffering at a boring job.

The Devilish mind: I can't seem to set my mind on something which needs more consideration. I haven't done any deep thinking into what comes in the next phases. I need time but am aware it's running out. I couldn't catch nor find my way back to square one. It's a disappointment by far. I hate losing my true self...was that an external psychology taking its way in...Where in particular are my passion? What could be done to find them? Why am i feeling sulky towards unimportant stuff? Where are my principles...

The Angelic mind: I've got to fish it out. Fear not. You know what you wanted. List them out like you had enlisted them. You had your mental notes. Search them from your system. You'll be amazed at how enlighten you are as you did. Read the inspirational books. Keep your materialization at bay. Survive frugally is your prioritized goal. One million spent on me has to have its worth. You've got to triple the figure in years time. There's no such thing as intentional studies. One leads to another and you don't predict. You wouldn't know where you'll be diverted into. You'll know when you are in a position for it. Enrich yourself with the potentials. Don't sway from your goals to gold. She is my first best known vocalist and I've been listening to her songs since 10 years old. For an idol in 30s of a 10 years old girl is probably common in my opinion. Guys! Have u ever thought a miracle could happen to you? or are you a person whom thinking miracle doesn't exist in "life"? Have you ever noticed how the world has changed and is still changing to an unfamiliar and u were thinking why and how I am still living in such a brutal devilishness society? Burglary, theft, kidnapping cases and etc happens every minute around the globe!! Humans survive by adapting to the sickening society and wondering if they could ever find a reason for themselves not to. Humorously, I was flabbergasted to find these goddess-stricken hearted people addressing himself as David Hoe, came back to ask for my forgiveness. Yes, you guessed it right!! My pet dog, Tzuki was being returned by them on 14th of July of 2008. He was out there for exactly 2 weeks.

David is somehow related to the kidnapper. They are friends. The moment i knew, i wasn't getting any good impression but was grateful at the same time for his kindness deed. Dad was truly disappointed for Tzuki's returned as he now has to bear the responsibility & downrightly pointing his fingers at him for everything that had happened. He did wish baby would never has had came back. Nevertheless, he is thinking of giving him away.

Mum & i weren't all that agree but hey, he is the breadwinner and we HAVE to listen. Sometimes i wish i would have some say in this family. I somehow wish that i am financially independent & arsely smart because in his belief, the smartest gets the most respect, at least being listened to (I've been living under my cousin sister's shadow until the day i realised it doesn't matters anymore cause one should accept as who they are, not trying to be accepted) . I am such a small potato in everything to him. He never ever understands what a pet means to us. All he sees is the pain of having one especially for Siberian Husky. He definitely needs to learn to like baby but i doubt. Mummy! Bro! HELP

I'm a newbie in blogging so mind me for being inconsiderate, in fact, i wasn't actually because i took less heed on checking them before publishing. My bad guys ! No similar mistakes anymore. This blog is not solely intended for personal experiences and stories about my whereabouts and what-I'm doing-right-now. I don't want to narrow down and i think it would be better if i leave it to grow in different directions. I will write about anything with a hope that it will be educational for viewers or leaving the blog page with amusing insights...something to be learned for the day. Discover the active relaxation

There is a huge difference between active relaxation and passive relaxation. When we play computer games, play cards, work in the garden, walk the dog, go into a chat room, or play chess, we are interacting with the unexpected, and our minds are responding. All of these activities increase personal creativity and intellectual motivation. They are all active pursuits.

Active relaxation refreshes and restores the mind. It keeps it flexible and toned for thinking. Great thinkers have known this secret for a long time. Winston Churchill used to paint to relax. Albert Einstein played the violin. They could relax one part of the brain while stimulating the another. When they returned to workday pursuits they were fresher and sharper than ever.

Most of us try to deaden the mind in order to relax. We watch mindless videos, read pulp fiction, boozing with mates, smoke, and eat until we're foggy and bloated. The problem with this form of relaxation is that it dulls our spirit ( esp. for girls ) and makes it hard to come back to consciousness.

The restorative powers of computer & video games, chess or crossword puzzles requires stimulating recreational thinking. "Thinking is the hardest thing we do," said Henry Ford, "which is why so few people ever do it." But when we find ways to link thinking to recreation, our lives get richer a little. We become players in the game of life and not just spectators. Try making a difference today and tell me how u felt for the day...Don't u have guilt-free psychologically when u try taking a break out?
